The second draft edit and beyond – free downloadable checklist

checkered-1296203_1280You’ve edited the first draft of your novel/non-fiction book and prepared the second version. Good work! It’s looking okay. You’re a little closer to the finish line. It’s still not great, but it’s okay. So, what’s next? You guessed it. You need to edit it. This edit is more comprehensive than the first draft edit, and the manuscript should be ready to show your writers group (or person you get to review you stuff) once done.

You can download a free PDF Second Draft (and beyond) editing information sheet and checklist here: editing-your-second-draft-checklist

You can access the PDF and a Word version (also free) which you can edit for yourself via the Resources for Writers Page.
